A certificate from ZOOYE Academy does not guarantee a job, salary, placement, or government qualification unless specifically mentioned in writing for a particular programme.

All course content, notes, videos, projects, and materials provided by ZOOYE Academy are the intellectual property of ZOOYE Academy / Zooye Info Technologies.

This content cannot be shared, copied, resold, uploaded, or distributed in any form without prior written permission. Any violation may result in termination of access and appropriate legal action.

ZOOYE Academy may update or modify course content, schedule, trainer, or batch timing when required to maintain quality or for operational reasons.

We will make reasonable efforts to inform enrolled students of any significant changes in advance.

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour during all classes, sessions, and interactions.

ZOOYE Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse of materials, disruptive behaviour, or violation of these Terms — without refund where applicable.

ZOOYE Academy provides training services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from the use of our courses or materials, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Erode District, Tamil Nadu, India.
