Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all courses and programmes offered by ZOOYE Academy (operated by Zooye Info Technologies).

Refunds are subject to eligibility and verification as per this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

A refund request may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met: • The request is made within 7 days from the date of payment • Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed • No certificate has been issued for the course • The live or offline batch has not yet started

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases: • After a certificate has been issued • After the live or offline batch has started • After more than 20% of the course content has been accessed • After the 7-day refund window from the date of payment has passed

If a duplicate payment is made for the same course due to a technical or transaction error, the extra amount can be refunded after verification of the transaction records.

Once a refund request is approved: • Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days from the date of approval • Depending on your bank or payment gateway, the amount may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect in your account

To request a refund, email us at zooyeacademy@gmail.com with your registered name, email, course details, and payment reference.

Our team will review your request and respond after verifying eligibility as per this policy.

In the rare event that a course or batch is cancelled by ZOOYE Academy, students will be offered an alternative batch or a full refund of the amount paid for that course.
